Here the various steps in the medical system (welcome to the machine!). In addition to these I also had a post-tropical assessment at the 'havenziekenhuis' in Rotterdam to check for any (effects of) tropical diseases and tried to get an occupational health assessment (for the lingering aftermath of a burnout I suffered since April 2007) but that turned out to be a bit complicated, requiring inputs from my employer's HR head and has now been stalled.

After a first test and some feedback, I decided to rearrange the events into separate messages so that they appear from old to new (from bottom to top).
