The next day I could hardly wait to get the catheter removed, get out of the bed for the first time in 26 hrs and have a shower. Fred and I left the hospital at 10:30 and that same afternoon I went to pick up the kids from school to take them to the swimming pool for Saman's lesson. While sitting there, I sent sms'es to relatives and friends.
