intake

Yesterday the intake at the reintegration organization. It consisted of a general introduction on how the organization works and their strategy of trying to get as much as possible reimbursed from the medical insurance companies in order to reduce cost for employer and employee. Their treatment plan usually has both mental and physical components. Then I had first a one hour meeting with a psychologist, followed by half an hour examiniation by a medical officer. The first was as expected, seemingly relaxed but at the same time confronting and hence slightly unpleasant. The second was kinda funny because the medical officer turned out to be a physical therapist, who obviously found the same poorly moving joints in my neck and upper back that Fred knows so well.
Afterwards, when I returned home 3 hours later, I was totally exhausted.
